The "Agriversa ZeroEmissions - Dairy Barn 4.0" - stands for climate-, environment- and animal-friendly as well as sustainable, economically very efficient agricultural production! The ANMS 4.0 is pure high-tech for the cowshed! We present the "ANMS 4.0 barn of the future", which German scientists, engineers and architects have been working on for years with experts from the dairy industry.

The principle

In a transparent, closed, airtight barn system, optimal, low-stress living conditions are created for the cows, just like on a mountain pasture!

There is high-altitude air, ideal temperatures, healthy humidity, optimal light and UV radiation conditions, high-quality feed, plenty of space, lots of exercise and maximum cow comfort!

Zero greenhouse gas emissions

The new innovative Agriversa ZeroEmission Dairy Barn 4.0 guarantees not only that no greenhouse gases are released into the environment and that odour nuisance for the population is avoided, but also that the greenhouse gases and the manure produced are utilised economically with high efficiency!

Energy-autonomous milk production

With the environmentally harmful greenhouse gases, such as methane (CH₄), carbon dioxide (CO₂), ammonia (NH₃), nitrogen oxides (NOx) as well as renewable energies from wind and sun, considerable amounts of additional economic goods, such as BioMethane, Bio-LNG, Green Hydrogen, electricity, cooling and heat with enormous value creation potential are produced.

The dairy cow barn of the future


Lots of high-tech in the "ANMS 4.0 barn of the future". We present the environmentally, climatically and animal-friendly cowshed of the future, which German architects, scientists, engineers and experts from the dairy industry have been working on for years.

The principle in brief
In a closed, airtight barn system flooded with light from controlled UV radiation, optimal housing conditions are created for dairy cows, just like in a mountain pasture: High-altitude air, optimal temperatures, humidity, lighting conditions, space requirements and movement needs are adapted to the natural habits of the cows.

The animals receive in a special exercise module, including daily exercise like on an alpine pasture and physiotherapeutic water treatments.

Results & gas generation


Primary result

Increase milk production by 10% to 15% in relation to the best performance of high-performance herds or 70% in relation to the average German cow.

By filtering out the harmful gases produced by animal husbandry, such as methane, and using manure as an energy source and fertiliser, the farm is "energy self-sufficient" and generates massive additional income from the sale of pure biomethane, electricity, heat, manure, colostrum and industrial milk. In addition, there are considerable amounts of CO₂ certificates.

Based on findings from high-performance sports, a completely new high-tech barn concept has been developed - the fully automatic, innovative "Agriversa Zero-Emission Dairy Barn 4.0" (ANMS 4.0), which emits ZERO emissions and odours!

The new type of barn guarantees The result is maximum cow comfort, the best animal husbandry conditions, significantly better animal health and thus a longer life for the cows (8 to 10 calves per cow) with an increase in milk production of at least 10-15% compared to the best dairy herds or 70% in relation to the average German cow.

The innovation of the "ANMS 4.0 barn of the future" is essentially based on a new, complex "STABLE HARDWARE", consisting of fully automatic milking, feeding and manure technology and the technically generated optimal "cow climate" with and without high altitude air conditions, with a maximum barn temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, approx. 70 % humidity and up to 16 hours of natural daylight in the lactation phase and 8 hours in the dry stall phase. There are no disease-carrying insects.

The cows are provided with the best, performance-oriented feed several times a day, with clean drinking water, pollutant-free breathing air, and have plenty of space and freedom of movement to largely correspond to the natural habits of the cows.

Zero-pollutant gas emissions


In the continuously airtight barn, performance- and health-promoting high-altitude conditions, as at 1,750 to 1,850 metres above sea level, are technically generated every day, with the cows being moved, conditioned and given physiotherapeutic treatment in a separate training and exercise module.


The new zero-emissions dairy cow barn guarantees In addition, not only are no harmful gas emissions released into the environment and odour nuisance to the population is avoided as far as possible, but also the environmentally harmful methane and laughing gases, CO₂, nitrogen oxides (N₂O, NO) and ammonia (NH₃) are filtered out and the hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) is also put to sensible economic use.

These pollutant gases and the resulting slurry can ultimately be efficiently used and utilised as an energy source (BioMethane, Bio-LNG and/or Green Hydrogen) or also as ecological farm fertiliser (NPK, CO₂) in plant and horticulture, using regenerative electricity.

Energy-autonomous milk production


The polluting gases, such as methane and CO₂, are converted into new, additional economic services or products with the help of renewable energies. For example, biogas can be cost-effectively transferred into bio-methane, bio-LNG, green hydrogen, i.e. into drive gases, which can then be used to operate trucks, agricultural machinery, tractors, rail vehicles and buses, for example, or to heat blast furnaces in steelworks.

In any case the regenerative energy generated in this way is sufficient to also operate, heat and supply electricity to the connected parts of the factory, the administration, accommodation for staff, schools, kindergartens, office buildings, restaurants and local production facilities in an almost energy-autonomous manner.

Last but not least every kilogram of milk and every kilogram of beef can be produced and nutritionally processed with negative CO₂ emissions.

Results & gas generation


Thanks to the optimal, low-stress housing conditions, the "ANMS 4.0 future barn" guarantees an increase in milk yield of more than 10% to 15% compared to the current best dairy farms in Germany!

By filtering out of the greenhouse gases produced, such as methane, CO₂, ammonia, nitrogen oxides and the optimal utilisation of the manure produced as an energy source, as well as with the regenerative electricity generated, the ANMS 4.0 is "energy autonomous"! And it generates substantial additional income and considerable profits from the sale of colostrum and industrial milk, BioMethane, Bio-LNG, Green Hydrogen, regenerative electricity from wind and sun, heat and cold, ecological farm manure, as well as from the trading of large quantities of CO₂ certificates.

Depending on the size and design of the ANMS 4.0, turnovers between € 11,163.47* and € 47,992.48* per dairy cow and year are possible. The imputed profits can be up to 52.7%.
