Brand new is our 90 m² beach house for up to 6 persons with "private beach" on offer. The beach house offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. It consists of two bedrooms, a medium sized living area with modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The interiors offer a welcoming atmosphere that ensures relaxation.
The 2 terraces are the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular sunset over the ocean.
The location of the beach house is simply stunning. It is located directly on the beach and offers an incomparable view of the crystal clear water and the surrounding landscape. Koh Tao is known for its spectacular underwater world and offers divers and snorkellers the opportunity to experience the breathtaking beauty of the marine fauna and flora.
What we offer?
One of the most beautiful places in Thailand is at Sunset Bungalows Koh Tao. We offer
3 large bungalows with 2 king size beds each for a maximum of 3 - 4 persons and 2 small bungalows for 2 persons. All with fan, shower, toilet and Wi-Fi. You will find a beach bar with delicious cocktails and sometimes barbecue and the Sunset Restaurant with Thai food.
How are the prices?
Prices start at 1,990 baht for the large beach house, 1,700 baht for the large bungalows and 800 baht/night for small bungalows. All prices for one night. If you stay longer then one night, please ask for quantity, daily and seasonal discounts.

Discounts & gifts
You get one free cocktail if You book a bungalow. You get 5% discount if You booking over 5 nights and 10% over 10 nights. We offer special rates for longtime rent, please ask. You get discount 200 baht for "Mr. Jacks Island boat tour" and 100 baht if You book motobike for more as 5 days.

The beach invites you to relax and the sea allows you to explore its amazing underwater world right. You might even meet a shark, if you get up early enough. Divers will find guided tours at the close by Charlok Bay.
Da, the cook of Sunset, treats you to excellent meals and Yat, the barkeeper at the beach-bar takes care of your cocktails all day long - if you want to. In the restaurant you have access to free WIFI.
Jack, Jips husband, who has an almost unrivaled charming smile, offers trips around Koh Tao or whereever you want to go in his long-tail-boat called "Jack Sparrow". Kanus & snorkling masks & motorbikes can be rented and for a small fee laundry service is available.
